Please note that by making a purchase from our website, you are accepting our terms and conditions. We ask that you read the following carefully.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes a garment doesn’t quite fit so will be happy to accept returns on new clothing if you have chosen the wrong size – we will replace garments with an alternate size if available and will otherwise provide you with a credit note. Please email us within 3 days of receiving the goods and tell us the reason for the return. We will respond by email within 2 days.

In the rare instance that a garment is faulty, we will either exchange, provide a credit note or issue a refund.

  • All returned items must be received in the original condition with tags attached and must not have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage except in the case of faulty products.
  • No exchange or credit can be given after 30 days unless the product is faulty.
  • A purchase of a sale items is considered final. Products on sale are NOT RETURNABLE unless faulty. 
  • Shipping and handling on return merchandise is non-refundable.

SHIPPING

All of our prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD).

Australian customers: We accept PayPal, which is a secure way to pay by card. All packages are posted within 24 hours from Sydney. We use Australia Post’s Express Post service, which guarantees next day delivery to metropolitan areas and provides tracking. See our postage rates. If you want your item insured, please contact us in advance.

We also accept AfterPay, which allows you to pay for goods in four interest-free instalments. Find out more at afterpay.com.

International customers: PayPal is your only available payment option. If you wish to make a purchase, please email us and we will hold the item until shipping costs have been calculated. Please note that any customs charges incurred on arrival in the destination country are your responsibility, so please check the requirements before contacting us.
