Refund policy
We understand that sometimes a garment doesn’t quite fit so will be happy to accept returns on new clothing if you have chosen the wrong size – we will replace garments with an alternate size if available and will otherwise provide you with a credit note. Please email us within 3 days of receiving the goods and tell us the reason for the return. We will respond by email within 2 days.
In the rare instance that a garment is faulty, we will either exchange, provide a credit note or issue a refund.
All returned items must be received in the original condition with tags attached and must not have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged.
- Customers are responsible for return postage except in the case of faulty products.
- No exchange or credit can be given after 30 days unless the product is faulty.
- A purchase of a sale items is considered final. Products on sale are NOT RETURNABLE unless faulty.
- Shipping and handling on return merchandise is non-refundable.
